At MUGEN (operated by Mitsutoyo Marketing Sdn Bhd), we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your product, you may request a return and refund under these terms:

You must submit a return or refund request within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
3. Approval of Requests
All return and refund requests are subject to evaluation and approval by MUGEN. We reserve the right to approve or deny any request, and all decisions are final.
4. Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and complete (with original accessories and packaging).
- You must provide the original proof of purchase/receipt.
Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
5. Packaging Requirements
All items must be returned in the original packaging, including any labels, boxes, and protective materials.
6. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item. MUGEN is not responsible for loss or damage during the return transit.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets our conditions, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are usually completed within 7 working days using the same method of payment you originally used.
